Dembo Jones is proud to have been the title sponsor of the 23rd annual First Tee-Howard County Golf Tournament in Memory of Bob Cardoni on August 16. The tournament was named this year to honor the life and memory of longtime First Tee supporter and former Treasurer, and Dembo Jones Director and friend, Bob Cardoni.

The Tournament was a complete sellout, with 144 golfers teeing up at the Fairway Hills Golf Course in Columbia.

Proceeds from the event support First Tee-Howard County, an Initiative dedicated to enhancing area golf facilities and giving kids access to the game, especially those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to play.

The Howard County Chapter of First Tee organizes after-school and in-school programs that, through the game of golf, help young people develop important values and life skills like integrity, respect, responsibility, and perseverance.

Dembo Jones Director Jim Green is the Treasurer of First Tee-Howard County.
