Promotions at Dembo Jones

Dembo Jones is pleased to announce the promotion of seven staff members:

Claire Easby-Smith has been promoted to Internal Accounting Manager. She joined Dembo Jones in 2017. She received her B.B.A. in Accounting from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN.

Su Letya, promoted to Tax Manager, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). She graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland. She has been with the firm since 2016.

Kristi McGuinness has been promoted to Internal Accounting Manager. In addition to being a member of AICPA and MACPA, she is member of the national and the Maryland chapter of Society of Human Resource Management. Kristi joined Dembo Jones in 2017 and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland and an M.S in Forensic Accounting from Stevenson University.

Suzanne Taylor, a member of both AICPA and MACPA, has been promoted to Senior Assurance Manager. Suzanne received a B.S. in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania. She has been with the firm since 2007.

Christina Xenochristos, promoted to Senior Assurance Manager, is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association, as well as AICPA and MACPA. She earned her B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland. Christina joined Dembo Jones in 2008.

Natalia Pishchulina has been promoted to Senior CAS Associate with the firm. She joined Dembo Jones in 2022 and is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S. in Accounting.

Hitaf Saab has been promoted to Senior Assurance Associate. She is a member of both AICPA and MACPA. Hitaf has been with the firm since 2020 and received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
