Dembo Jones Helps to Ease Homelessness with Sponsorship

It’s tee time – and another time for Dembo Jones to show its support for our community. Dembo Jones is delighted to be a sponsor of the 4th annual Bethesda Cares Golf Tournament on October 15, 2022.

The tournament at the Bretton Woods Recreation Center raises funds to support Bethesda Cares’ mission to ease and end homelessness in the Montgomery County community.

Bethesda Cares’ “housing first” approach includes providing permanent housing to those who need it most, as well as support services, clothing, resources, daily meals, and friendship. The non-profit organization’s Housing Stabilization Program (eviction/utility shut-off prevention) assists county-wide, keeping area residents safe in their homes with their utilities turned on.

Dembo Jones Director Chris Andracsek is a past president and Treasurer of Bethesda Cares, and is currently on the board.
