CAS Manager Kristin DeWald Shares Insight at International Conference

Dembo Jones professionals are known for their expertise, and Manager Kristin DeWald was recently invited to share her knowledge with accountants from around the world about outsourcing accounting.

Kristin participated in a panel discussion on “Upleving Your CAAS Practice” at the Allinial Global Summit Conference, the annual gathering of accounting professionals convened by Allinial Global, the premier association of independent accounting and advisory firms. Dembo Jones is a member of Allinial.

During a session about Client Accounting Services, Kristin led discussions on service efficiency, and people and talent development. She shared insights on how to grow a CAS practice without sacrificing quality, and how to invest in and develop a team’s skill sets to enhance advisory services.

Allinial Global, with 268 member firms in over 100 countries, is the second largest accounting association in North and South America, the EU and Africa. Kristin is a CAAS Community Leader for Allinial, where she helps facilitate CAAS agendas and connects with firms to provide guidance on developing their practices.
